The Dos and Don'ts of Treating Learning Disabilities

About Me

The Dos and Don'ts of Treating Learning Disabilities

When my youngest child was diagnosed with a learning disability, I immediately started looking for everything I could learn about it. I knew that there was a lot of information available about the disability, but I found a lot of conflicting information about what works and does not work in dealing with the disability. I talked to a few other parents and they were left feeling the same confusion I was. I started this blog to help other parents understand what treatment options are available and what has and has not worked. I hope that by sharing this information, other families will get the help they need.

3 Ways To Make Money With A Career In Aviation

If you are looking for a fun and exciting career to choose, aviation might be right for you. If you attend aviation school (such as Parkland College) and receive your flight license, you could use this to start your own business from the town you live in. Here are three ways you could use this license to make a good living for the rest of your life.

Offer Scenic Tours

After graduation from aviation school, you will have so many ways to earn money with your license in flying. You will need access to an airport and a plane, though. You could always rent an airplane at first until you could afford to purchase one.

One way you could use your plane and flight license to make money is by offering scenic tours. If you live in or near an area that is beautiful to look at, people might be willing to pay to do something like this, simply because it is fun and exciting.

Get Paid To Fly People Places

You could also use your license to offer flight services for people. Many corporations hire pilots with small planes to transport employees to and from important meetings in different parts of the country. You could advertise your services in local papers and online, and you might end up getting a lot of business. There are a lot of people that would take advantage of your services, especially those that do not like sitting around big airports waiting for their flights.

Offer Flight Instruction Classes

The third way you could make money as a pilot is by offering flight instruction classes. You must have a certified instructor's license in order to offer this, but this could be a lucrative business. When offering courses, you will have the opportunity to set your own hours and work as much or as little as you please.

Teaching students of all ages how to fly can be a fulfilling, yet challenging career, but it can also be a great way to earn money from your aviation degree.

When you graduate from aviation school, you will not only be able to make money by offering the services listed here; you could also get a job for a major airline or look into other potential flying jobs in your area. If you would like to learn more about career options in aviation, contact or visit an aviation school of your choice.
